What AS9102 Form 3 means

AS9102 Form 3 is the characteristic accountability form that lists each drawing characteristic, requirement, inspection result, tooling note when applicable, and nonconformance reference when needed.

It is the part of the FAIR most reviewers associate with ballooned drawings because each row should connect a numbered requirement on the print to an inspection result and evidence.
